I would like a refund please.

I ordered 3 items from a website for Neiman Marcus retail ie: a purse, a wallet and a bracelet. I was sent an email listing that my order was 3 purses…which is not what I ordered. I haven’t received anything in the mail!! The website says it was delivered but the package never came here to me address. Please just issue me a refund. Thank you.

Hi Laura Carwike,

You may be scammed. You need to contact the seller to get refund. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I need to return wigs back to this company. First they were resisting me a refund trying to give me every excuse under the sun and basically told me I was keeping them. Then after countless emails or repeatedly asking for the return address they only offered a partial refund of which again after me rejecting that as not good enough, then did they send me this address. Can I check if the contact and address is legitimate?
And has anyone else who has sent refund to this address, have you received your refund?
