How can i get the refund on the package EA927658382CN

My customer was ordered the meterial to make chandelier for sell. Since the product is stuck by coronavirus. It caused her by damage the business and cannot make chandelier for sell to her customer in time.

Please tell me how to proceed the refund??

Hi Rhmuay25,

You need to contact the post office from where you sent it or contact China Post by calling 11183 to reflect the problem and ask for compensation for the delay.
