I would like to know what is going on with my package

Hello,
pLease tell me what is going on with my package and where it is. I was getting some updates but now nothing since August 17th. Here is my tracking # LV205695778CN.
Please let me know where the package is and update the shipping for me.

Hi Dominic St-Denis,

It's in transit to Canada and hasn't arrived. It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach after airline depature. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Thank you for your reply. Do you work for China Post or one of the carriers?
The package has been in transit for over 96 days and updates are no longer available. I am looking for information other than what I can find myself online. I would like to know how I can get in touch with China Post. Over 96 days in transit is ridiculous.

We are a tracking platform. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
