Hi Matheus,

It was delivered by New Zealand Post on July 13. If you don't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact New Zealand Post to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible.

I ordered the item on 18th Nov 2023.As per tracking number its shows item delivered on 11-12-2023 but i never received it.I didn't know which local courier service has delivered it ? Who signed it ? Where it was delivered ?

I've been at home all morning since I decided to take a day off from work. My package just got updated 15 minutes ago, saying it had been delivered. I know this isn't true as I've been at home the entire time and there was no knocking, no leaflet left at the door saying I missed the delivery. What's going on here?
