I'd like to know where is my package for which I've already paid

On February 29, 2020, I ordered 100Pcs Disposable 3 Layer Masks, anti dust breathable Disposable Earloop Mouth Face Mask, Comfortable Medical Sanitary Surgical Mask. It was sold by: VantenDirect. I paid $51.93 and my credit card says it was paid. They have never arrived and I was told I needed to contact China Post. I would like to be reimbursed the $51.93 since the masks never arrived. Many others online have said this was a scam; I'm hoping that's not true and that you do refund the monies owed me. Thank you for that.

Hi Kathy Solan,

If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact seller for refund you. China Post only has shipping contract with seller not buyer. So if the parcel is lost or stuck for a long time, China Post will compensate the money to shipper not receiver. If you can not get the goods in time, you have the right to get your money back from seller.
