I'm in the United Kingdom but my parcel is in the USA

LY961621949CN is my tracking number and should be in the United Kingdom. It's in Ponce, USA and says it's being delivered on the 18th of January 2022. Who is it being delivered to? Can you please help? Thanks

The delivery was failed. In general, if it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact the seller to get a solution in time.

I've contacted the seller, who is looking into this. It says my parcel is still in Ponce PR USA.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Could you please advise me about the prices of sending 1 parcel of 30kg once a month? Parcel will contain cosmetics and liquids such hand creams, face masks, body scrubs from Zhengzhou City shipped to Leeds, United Kingdom. I will probably send up to 5 parcel in first 3 months then 5 parcels every 2 weeks.
