This is no duty cost for $50 product from China to India. There will be duty cost for products over 150USD.

I never received two packages

And
RE197913195CN
I ordered them in March and they said they left the country of origin March 18/19 and I never got them,
Is there any additional info as to whwre they are? Is it possible they're stuck at a custom facility and I have to pay?

They may be lost as it has been over three months. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
