import terminated??

I bought my package on June 1st and the last time I got any sort of update on it was on June 5th when it said "Flight Departure". Last night (June 23rd) I finally received another update that just says "Import Terminated". What does that mean, do I need to contact the seller for a refund?? My tracking number is LY792322136CN . Thank you.

Hi Jacob,

You'd better wait for another 3-7 days to see if it will be normal. If it's stuck at the customs, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Hello;
I have shipped an item to china - Royal Mail Tracking Number RY279472296GB
I have checked the tracking details and it says "Import Terminated"
Can you possibly tell me what this means please?
Is my item still on its way to the recipient? Or is there an issue?
I would be very grateful if you could let me know what is happening as "Import terminated" sounds very final.
