In Transit for 34 days

My package is coming from Shenzhen China to Vancouver, Canada.
Is my package stuck in customs? It has been over 34 days.
Please let me know!
I have contacted the seller and he said he contacted the post office and they are checking it, but that was 1.5 weeks ago and still nothing.

Hi Megan,

It's not normal. It's still stuck at the customs and hasn't released. You need to let the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't receive it in time.
