'In transit' for more than month

I am waiting two e-packets (AS976025333CN; AS976025355CN). They are in my Country and have passed the customs clearance since April 13. But since then, there aren't any updates. What is the transport company who bring me the goods? Are there another tracking number for the delivery into Spain? Thanks

Correos Spain is in charge of delivering it to you in Spain. You'd better contact them to check it for you.

The tracking numbers (AS976025333CN; AS976025355CN) don't work in Correos Spain website, so I can't contact with they to question about that deliveries. Are there anothers tracking numbers when the goods arrive to Spain?

There may be another another tracking numbers when they are in Spain. You need to contact the seller to ask.
