Info on package delivery

Hello, I have ordered a parcel from ali express, and it’s been over a month and my parcel shows it’s still in China, may I please know when I’ll have it delivered to Lusaka, Zambia.
My tracking number is RV519569424CN

Hi Adam,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Dec.26 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Zambia after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

LP00481396316943= tracking# Order# =AQ452406603CN. The seller and the tracking info says that the package was handed over to the delivery company but that is not the case. USPS has not received this package contrary to the tracking info.

Hello. My package arrived in China over a month ago. The tracking info said it was sent for delivery but no one contacted me for a pick up. Then the tracking info said it was returned to the local custom office. How can I contact them to make the delivery to the exact address on the package.

The delivery tracking site says someone tried to deliver the parcel but I have no more info. No info of the delivery in my mailbox or anywhere, + I was at home on april the 14th... What happends?

I really don't know what to do...
