if i send a parcel from china using e-packet and for some reasons imy client does not receive. would there be compensation or not ?
if the answer is no. is there an insurance that can be taken ?

There is no compensation for it if it already has tracking information and your client doesn't receive it.

Also. there is no insurance for it.
