Hi, I will send an important letter to my mom, who lives in China, through FedEx. Will FedEx in China deliver the letter to Mom's hand and get her signature?

Hi Dongmei Gao,

FedEx will call your Mom's phone and ask if you Mom needs to deliver it to her hand or to the nearest pickup points.

My item was received at Sorting Office, 31000001, China Tuesday 24 August 2021 02:24. It has been out for deliver since the 27th January 2022, and still not delivered, Can I ask why??? I was informed that it would be delivered on the 27th Jan, still have not recived the letter.
