Is it in transit or still stuck in China?

I had a parcel dispatched via China Post in Sept and it hasn't updated since Sept 24th. Says it was dispatched to the UK 3 times but last update it was handed to carrier in Zhengzhou so I don't understand what's happening. Has it even left China yet? Any help much appreciated.

Hi Jess,

It takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
