Is my package being returned?

Hello,
My package LO973822660CN now has status Zhengzhou City, Zhengzhou Exchange Station returned, after over 3 weeks with no update.
Please let me know what is happening, because this never happened before, and I was hoping it would have arrived already.

Hi Cristian,

It was returned back on April 28. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned back to the seller or sent again. If it's not normal, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.
