It didn't pass the security check and returned back on April 24. It will be sent again. You need to track it in the following days to see. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

I'd like to ask about my package that has been held by export customs since the 22nd. Here is the message from tracking:
RECORD ITEM REASON FOR RETENTION BY CUSTOMS. RETENTION REASON: Invoice missing/inappropriate

Upon contacting my sender, they confirmed that it was an insurance issue and they have fixed it, but the tracking site is still showing "Item held by export Customs/Security
GZSGJHHJ".

May I know the status of my package right now or if there are any lingering issues? I was hoping it would come today or at least December 31 but now with this delay, I don't know when it will arrive.
