I've been tracking my parcel for few days now, and it has not removed after message of it being ''returned'' is it stuck in china??? code is LO373093148CN

It will be returned back to the seller to my experience. It takes some days to move.

I asked yesterday what happened to my package, and you replied with that it would be sent back to the seller, what does this mean for me? will it get shipped again or will I need to pay again?

You don't need to pay for it. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution.
