My package is LY201039238CN.
The ParclesApp says my shipment was canceled May 7. China Postal Tracking says my shipment was accepted and is in transit. I ordered on April 21st and the ParcelsApp kept saying that the package will arrive between May 27-30. It is now June. Is the Package on the way or not? Should I open a dispute/get a refund and if so, how do I do that?

It's still stuck in Hangzhou now. It may be delayed due to some reason. I suggest you wait for another ten days to see if there is any update. If you couldn't get update in ten days, you'd better contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
