shipments cancelled- seller not responding

Hi there,
I ordered some craft supplies over 2 months ago, I have yet to receive it. When I look up my tracking (RE055738864cn and re056025578cn) it says "shipment cancelled" for both. I am not sure why- can you investigate this further? the seller is not reponding to my emails.

Hi jfish,

There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for them because the seller just created the order but hasn't shipped them. You need to push the seller to ship the packages immediately.

I tried to contact seller and cancel shipment. I do not want to receive my package and wish to return to sender.

I have a question about my parcel, last time I checked in USPS tracking it was in transit and that was on April 17. Now its May 4 and its still in transit. So I checked tracking on ChinaPost and it said that it was cancelled. Ive ordered from the same seller multiple times and never had a problem until now. It said that it was held by export customs on the 17th of April and then on the 26 the export is cancelled. So if its cancelled, what will happen to my parcel?

Last status on Aliexpress app tracking is "Shipment cancelled". Can you explain why it's cancelled?, it's really cancelled or it's just because China Post Ordinary (non-register), so I can't tracking it. Thanks
