I would like to know if it's possible to register as an international customer with China Post to pay for parcel pick-up service in China?
Example of operation:
We would ask our vendors in China to contact China Post when the parcel is ready for pick-up, providing our unique customer identification and account number. This service could be matched here in Canada Post to complete the parcel delivery chain. A reciprocal public pick-up / delivery service could be organised in Canada and elsewhere in the world.

According to your tracking, the parcel has been delivered. I have been home all week, there have been no deliveries for this parcel. Not to my door. Not to my neighbors. Not to my community mail box. There is no delivery hanger saying to pick it up. Which courier in Edmonton AB Canada did the delivery? I would like to talk to them since the parcel was NOT delivered.
