where should I go or how can I purchase the china post international small parcel and large package service as well if I am living in Canada.

As far as I know, China Post doesn't offer pick up service for small parcel and large package in China.
Do you have friends in China? You'd better ask them for help to send the parcels to you from the one of the local China Post offices.
Or, if you want to use the pick up service, you can choose other express services like UPS, DHL,TNT...
