My parcel has said this Departure from outward office of exchange, GUANGZHOU EM for 5 days. Is there a problem with my parcel? What's going on?

Hi there,
I place the order 2020-02-14. The parcel is baby stroller and the destination location is Australia.
I got 2 tracking number, first is " CP3953208698CN and the second is " CP403427757CN". 54 days gone place the order, its still shown " Packed for picking-up.".I ask to seller, he excuse many think, postal service tracking system problem, parcel transit, virus problem and many more.
So, dear please help for above my parcel, what should i do..? Will i get my parcel ever..? please, please help me.
