But today 2025-01-13 I have not yet received it, I never had information email about the delivery process. Could you please inform me about my parcel.

According the the latest update on Amazon, it stated that China Post ran into an issue when attempting our delivery. That was on December 30th. We haven’t heard anything else. I checked with the tracking number through your site and it states it’s In Kentucky, not Florida. Can you please inform me of what is going on with my order? This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a 9 year old.
