Hi

My tracking says it is 'out for delivery' but that was on Sunday 12/11 and it is still saying the same thing and no updates since then. Can touch please advise?

Hi Lpp,

In this case, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in your country. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier. If the seller doesn't reply you and you couldn't receive it in a week, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

According the the latest update on Amazon, it stated that China Post ran into an issue when attempting our delivery. That was on December 30th. We haven’t heard anything else. I checked with the tracking number through your site and it states it’s In Kentucky, not Florida. Can you please inform me of what is going on with my order? This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a 9 year old.
