Hi , I ordered a jacket for Christmas off Ali exspress The delivery said 5-12 days but that wasn’t the case

Hi daisy thanks for the reply much appreciated. if i win the dispute and it says i am getting a refund sooner or later does this mean the package is still being delivered to me and i will still recieve it , because i actually really want the product thanks thomas thanks so much for the help

If you open a dispute, it takes more days for the seller to agree, then the platform refund you in few days. The package is still being delivered to you and you may still recieve it if it's not lost. But if you don't open a dispute before the delivery date expires, you may get nothing at last.

Thanks for all your helf it says my refund is processing because it didnt come on time so i might get lucky and get the pakage still but if i like the product and it fits i will pay 100% in someway thing is sketchy seller deleted his acount after my purchase so i dont know who to pay

If you couldn't get connected with the seller. Just keep it first. In normal, if the seller finds you get it at last, he may contact you to pay to them.

Most of the packages take about 30-60 days to be delivered due to the affect of coronavirus. I suggest you open a dispute on Aliexpress before the delivery date expires to get refund.
