It appears that the shipment has arrived and nothing has arrived yet

It appears on the China Post website that the shipment arrived in Qatar five days ago, while so far the Qatar Post tells me that nothing has arrived to them with the tracking number accompanying the shipment!
I hope you can tell me what the problem is

You'd better wait for more days. It takes more days for Qatar Post to get it.
