I had ordered two things from two different stores and it is going on 60 days without them. I need to know what is going on!!!!! Its been 2 months.

CP429965991CN ordered two chairs from AliExpress. One was missing a seat. They said they shipped it, shows it’s left Tianjin 7/21/2022 and arrived in Shanghai 8/25/2022. Then has been sitting in origin post preparation for 2 months now. Seller is useless. I know this can mean they’re putting it on a container and that’s not filled and released yet but for 2 months and 4 months total shipping time now, seems excessive even for AliExpress which I use frequently. Would love any help I can get.
