Hi mattnelson84,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Yes seems Banggood again let me down, and wont give refund for returned parts, with there not so good return system, so I will go to the bank.

Hello,
My package EW166778473FR is a warranty return that I sent back to the address provided by the seller (company Leonlaptops store). Today, the package is marked as delivered, yet two months after delivery, the seller claims not to have received anything. I would therefore like proof of delivery or a refund for the value of the item sent, as the package has been lost.

My delivery claims to have been delivered on 31st October at 4.55pm but no delivery was received or attempted on this day, or the previous days that it was ‘out for delivery’. Please could you advise where this has gone, whether this has been stolen by a driver. As no neighbours have this and the address was correct.
