My item has been stuck on destination country arrival and has not updated since then it’s been a month already. Can you guys help me with an update of my package.

Hi Adria Hernandez,

It's sent by YanWen Express. It arrived in the US on July 20. You need to contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it when it's in the US. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you need to let the seller give you a solution as soon as possible.

Can you please help me figure out what could be the issue? my parcel which i shipped through ems-hz 60, has been stuck on
Aircraft Arrival,Aircraft Arrival (Arrival at Destination) for 18 days now. this is absolutely not normal, as many other parcels are passing customs in my country and it seems mine is stuck. seller is being very un cooperative, and not helping to investigate what's going on with my parcel. In your experience , what could I do to resolve this? I Am shipping to YYZ btw
