Item saying delivered but not delivered

Hi,
Just enquiring as to who your NZ partner postal carrier is? As our parcel is saying delivered but we don’t have it and after talking to NZ post and Aramex they don’t have it. Would appreciate some help to find the parcel.

Hi,
This item is stating that it was delivered on 7th January.
It was not delivered and has not yet arrived.
Therefore if it has been delivered, it has been delivered incorrectly .
Please Send proof of delivery
