my husband had placed an order (tracking number ZA05461578401) and it was being delivered to our place of business and it is saying that the package was delivered and it was not. I checked everywhere and it is no where to be found I even checked the mailbox and it was not in there either so I need someone to get back in touch with me so we can figure out why I didn't receive my package.

The delivery information states may item has been delived to me on 03/09/2025. However I have received nothing and my security cameras have shown that nothing was delived and also the delivery was stated to be delivered on a Sunday and the only parcel delivery service to work on a Sunday is Amazon. Could you send me the address it was delivered to and proof that it was delivered. If you used a uk delivery firm could you let me know which one. Could you let me know as soon possible as I’m am going to have to report the incident.

Your tracking states you have delivered my parcel but I don't not have the parcel in my possession and the address it says you have delivered to is completely in correct and is not my address even thou my address is clearly stated on my order receipt
