Item stuck at Sihui delivery office since 18 Jan 2026

Hi, my recipient has yet to receive my item under tracking number LT138523092SG from Singapore post? After checking it seems like my item is still stuck at Sihui Delivery office. May I know what is the issue? And why it is still at China Sihui delivery office and not deliver to recipient? Thank you
