I ordered an item from a seller on Ebay in China (I am located in the United States) and even though it states that the item was delivered when I check through the tracking number I never found any traces of the item after it had arrived. When I purchased the item I tried to convince the seller to have it sent to a store for me to pickup the item through there but they didn't do anything so when the package arrived supposedly I was out of town. I have tried to contact both FYLT and aftership but no responses as of now so is there anything we can do to potentially locate the item? This has been a very disappointing experience so far and there are no traces of the item from the post office, UPS, or Fedex.
