tracking number says item was delivered - not true as I am home every day. How do i find out who has item and if there is a depot in Calgary to pick up . Needed urgently as this is a xmas present.

I track the item through the item number AG932509925CN
The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
I already went to the Local Australia Post Office and the item is not there. They couldn't track the item.

The seller insists my item was delivered but I got no notice and no one buzzed up to my flat to deliver the item. Tracking is AS133645810CN and on the tracking, it says "duly voted?". The seller isn't able to tell me which delivery carrier they used in the UK? I have checked at my local postal sorting office and they said they don't recognise the tracking number. So how can I find who the carrier was in the UK? and why is my address not visible in the tracking info?
