Items has not moved in 12 days

I ordered a package back in December. The tracking number is LV394269446CN. The package tracking started on December 31, 2021. The last tracking comment I can see is "arrived at destination" on January 08th, 2022. There has not been any further tracking details since then. I am just wondering where my package is right now and if there is a reason why there has been no update in 12 days? Your help in the matter is greatly appreciated.

In-Transit Guangzhou, Item Held by Customs for 20 days now (2 replies)

I have been waiting for my 5 items that have been held by custom in a facility in Guangzhou, China since March 1st, 2025. It was the China Postal Express & Logistics company used and I found them on the Chinese Post Office online with this email to contact them and explain my situation. It is now 17 days later and there has been no update. Can you please help me out with my items so they that they can be moved forward and not be in custom? The tracking provided is EU818238092CN for the China Postal Express & Logistics for all 5 items to be shipped to the United States, in Carson, California, which would then go to USPS to be delivered to my home.
