No movement in 40 days

Hi I have a package that is has in transit for 61 days and it has not moved for the past almost 40 days. Can you please tell me what is going on? I can't imagine why it hasn't moved in that amount of time. Tracking is AS437296582CN.

Hi Ray,

Packages with tracking number starting usually couldn't be delivered to the right place. Your package is not normal. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
