Ive been scammed

I ordered a slushie machine, shipped from China, and it took forever for my package to arrive, but when it did, it had a label on it from an address in LA. SURPRISE!!!! it wasnt my slushie machine, it was some silly sunblock sleeves that i didnt order.
Is there a way to tell what the weight/size of the package was when it was in China.? As the company are saying they mailed out a slushie machine.
