Lack of tracking information

Hi,
I ordered an item through Aliexpress. Tracking states it was handed to the airline on 19th April, since then no update. The tracking number is EX216678988SG, can you help please.

It's still in transit to UK now. There will be update when it arrives in UK. It takes about 30-60 days to have update. Please wait for more days to see.

This site hasn’t answered any of my questions so if you found it while looking for information on your package don’t even bother asking on here because they won’t answer your questions… this has been incredibly frustrating and honestly a waste of time but I don’t understand how an express package hasn’t left China yet and it’s been 2 weeks, how the hell is that “express”? I’ve tried to be calm, I’ve tried to be patient but the lack of response on any of my three questions on here shows an inherent lack of customer service that is honestly astonishing. China Post is just phenomenal.

I have ordered something and it has been shipped to Guangzhou. My order has been fulfilled on April 26th, and to this day there is no update about it. Does Coronavirus and the lack of international flights from China to the United States cause this slowdown?
