Large package transport from Shanghai, China to North Macedonia

Dear China Post staff member,
Is it possible to arrange a surface transport (other transport SAL or AIR also possible) from Shanghai, China to North Macedonia for a large package with the following content:
- Digital piano keyboard – dimensions 50x60x160 cm (approximately) and weight max 15 kg
- Laptop, clothes, three hand watches, and a few documents – max 25 kg
I do not expect the digital piano keyboard to be more than 40x50x150 cm, but I am waiting for my friend from China to give me more information. Is it possible to pay for an item if it has dimensions more than allowed?
How much approximately it would cost?
Is online payment by debit card possible?
