Hi, I have shipped a parcel form the post office of at the following address “ ShanghaiHuangpuHubei Road No.219 (Nanjing East Road Subway Station Entrance & Exit 4 Pedestrian 410 Meters)“ the day 25 September 2025 between 4:14 pm and 4:16 pm, I am 100% sure and there was no body else in the post office. In the parcel there was only a brand-new cap. I sent it from Shanghai to Lugano (Switzerland) by boat. I perfectly know all the data I entered in the form I filled up. During my fight I lost the tracking number. They told me that my last resort is to ask you if it is possibile to go back and check the parcels sent that day (25 sept), at that hour (4:13-4:15pm), at that specific post office. I pray you to check if it is possibile to trace the tracking code in some way. I really trust you, please help me in some way. Thanks a lot, I will be grateful forever. Giovanni
