Lost Tracking Number

I have lost my receipt from a package I sent to myself from China to Mexico,so I dont know what my tracking number is.
Any suggestions about this?
Is there a way to get in contact with China Post and get my tracking number again providing personal details?

Greetings,
I have the tracking number RS211751315CN for a package planned to be received in Colombia. All the information I get is that it left the airport on September 8th.
Can you provide information on where is my package and what is the ETA?

Where are you now? If you still in China, you can go to the post office where you sent the package to check the tracking number. You should know the date you sent, your name, and address. May be the passport is needed.
If you are in Mexico now, you can only call China Post by dialing +86 10 11185 (press 8 for English service) . The post office where you sent out the package and your personal information will be needed.
