Hi I have a tracking number that is currently not updated for more than 4 weeks now.
Could I please have a update on when this item will reach my country?
If I can some updates it will be great, as having paid for a product that has not been delivered is not good.

It's still stuck at Shenzhen Exchange Station now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
