Hello,

Wondering why my package status has used 2 times the "Plane entered port" status. Does it mean it entered and left and then again?

Hi enriquebravo,

"Plane entered port" means it arrives in the middle location. It's still in transit to Mexico now. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Wait for another 20 days to see. If you still couldn't get it, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
