Hi, I see the update said my goods are delivered but I’m home and noting are delivered today

Hi Tissot Yannick,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I missed the delivery of my package because I had to sign upon delivery because if was a registered letter. I was wondering what i should do next, whether a new delivery attempt will be made or if I can pick it up somewhere. The reference code of the package is RN273383465NL. I comes from the Netherlands and will be delivered in Shanghai china.
