I am inquiring about my parcel with tracking number ZA01757984001.
The tracking information shows that it was delivered in Japan (Kugenumaishigami 251-0025) on August 22, 2025.
However, I cannot confirm the actual delivery in Japan, and Japan Post does not recognize this tracking number.
Could you please tell me which local delivery company in Japan was responsible for the final delivery of this parcel?

Since I am the seller, I cannot open a dispute.
Could you please clearly tell me **which Japanese carrier (Japan Post, Yamato, Sagawa, or others)** this parcel was handed over to after its arrival in Japan?
Without this information, I cannot check further with the local carrier.

According to the tracking information, ZA01757984001 was delivered on August 22. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Japan. Then, use the number to check with Japan Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
