missing package

I sent a package to Wang Maoqin, Lane 1177, Jianlan Road 117, 315100 Ningbo (Provinz Zhejiang) with the trackiong number UY543700817DE but the package doesn't arrive. Is it possible to have a look to this problem?

Hi Elsaesser,

It's waiting for the receiver to pay for the tax now. The receiver can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' to finish payment.
