Missing package

It has been over a month since i ordered my item. I have the tracking number but its useless. 87049386386, only tells me received on september 27, 2016. Nothing else. Also, i have emailed china post 3 times about my issue and no one has replied. Please tell me where my item is.

The latest information shows it's under the custom check on September 27 in Guangzhou, China. If it pass the customs check, it will leave China directly to your country. As this service takes a long time to reach the destination country, you may need to wait two months to get it.
