Missing package please answer!!

Had a package returned to china from US customs for unknown reason EB787430946CN. Been stuck for 24 days just sitting at import customs. Seller continues to not be helpful... any idea what's going on?

Hi Cp120524,

As it's back to China and you couldn't get it, you need to contact the seller to refund you or send one again to you.

It's just sitting in customs for 24 days now? They can't send it back they don't have it... is it normal to sit in import customs this long?

UJ491095721CN is the number I was given for my package. It was posted as arriving at the San Francisco secondary processing center on 26.6.20. It has now been 1 1/2 months and no one can tell me where the package is or if it has even arrived. It would be nice to know if it has at least arrived in the USA or if I am being scammed. I can understand if it can not be delivered because of COVID Virus but it should at least be in the system if it is in SF. I would really appreciate an answer.
