Missing package please answer!!

Had a package returned to china from US customs for unknown reason EB787430946CN. Been stuck for 24 days just sitting at import customs. Seller continues to not be helpful... any idea what's going on?

Hi Cp120524,

As it's back to China and you couldn't get it, you need to contact the seller to refund you or send one again to you.

It's just sitting in customs for 24 days now? They can't send it back they don't have it... is it normal to sit in import customs this long?
