Missing parcel

Hi just wondering what happen with my parcel. AG049568273CN . I still waiting for delivery and when I put tracking number they said that he arrived to lismore 08 May 2023 . Can you please check what happen because l ordered perfumes for present an l really need them. Regards Krystyna Sochalska

Hi Krystyna Sochalska,

After it arrives in Ireland, it's delivered by your local post courier. If you don't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in your country. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier to check what happends to it.
