Missing parcel

Can you please tell the location of my parcel. The tracking number is CP546416621CN. The online tracking tells me it is waiting international departure from Beijing, but that last update was Jan 22. Can you please tell me where the parcel is currently located and why there have been no updates in over 4 weeks.
